About this series
- I am Haley McHashtag, poet of the urban scene,
- My "Little Urban Poetry" speaks to youth, a voice so keen.
- I write of life's absurdities, the woes of young and old,
- With a cynical perspective, my biting tales unfold.
- I am the voice of young America, their dreams, their fears, their strife,
- I chronicle our generation, the rhythm of our life.
- From the depths of social media, to the corners of our mind,
- I tackle life's complexities, with wit and truth combined.
- I dwell amidst the hashtags, the memes, the endless scroll,
- I see the world through filters, as I strive to play my role.
- I've come to tell our stories, of the laughter and the tears,
- The moments of connection, in these ever-changing years.
- Through words and rhymes, I paint a world, both dark and bittersweet,
- A portrait of our modern age, the triumphs and defeat.
- I'll make you laugh, I'll make you think, I'll hold a mirror to our face,
- Exposing all the beauty, and the flaws within our race.
- I am Haley McHashtag, a poet for our time,
- Join me on this journey, through the chaos and the grime.
- For in each verse and stanza, you'll find a piece of me,
- A reflection of our lives, and the way things ought to be.

I am Haley McHashtag, a force to be reckoned, My Little Urban Poetry, a beacon, a weapon, A young American firebrand, unyielding and bold, I paint our reality, with words that enfold. In the heart of the city, where stories converge, I craft lines that empower, where passions emerge, I capture the essence, of youth's fiery stance, Their dreams and desires, in my verses enhance. From dawn's early light, to dusk's fading embers, I weave the tapestry, of moments remembered, The triumphs and trials, of a generation's quest, In my confident strokes, their vigor expressed. Through concrete jungles, where ambition soars high, I etch the resilience, of spirits that defy, The challenges we face, our aspirations alive, In the words I compose, our fierce hearts survive. I am Haley McHashtag, a poet of strength, In my Little Urban Poetry, I go to great lengths, To reveal the power, of youth in full bloom, As we carve out our path, and challenge our doom. So stand with me, comrades, both seasoned and young, As we journey together, in verses unsung, For I am your champion, your courage and drive, In the sanctuary of my poetry, our spirits will thrive.
