About this series
After countless centuries, the elven mage Celeste is finally free, and sets out on a journey to find her fellow Frost Elves and uncover the fate of her mother, Queen Larissa. With the human knight Melanie as her guide, she has traveled from the far reaches of Diamondpeak to the land of Goldspear, which once served as the seat of Sunspire's power. The great castle where King Alger began his campaign of conquest sits ruined and abandoned, believed by many to be haunted by spirits of humans and elves alike. Celeste doesn't believe in ghosts. Places and things hold memories, but dead souls move on to the worlds beyond.
Or do they?

Desperate to make a name for herself, she sets out to slay the dragon, free the elven mage, and become a hero in her own way. But when the time comes, can she do it? Or is there another role that she's supposed to play?
