    A.M. McGilvray grew up listening to the books of Stephen King read to her as bedtime stories by her father. That’s where she developed the love of reading. Yet it was her grandmother who gave her the love of romance. Once she got a taste of her first romance book, she was hooked. She had been writing her own original stories since she was young and it was always her dream to be a published author. She would post her stories on websites for others to read, but it would be years before she gathered up the courage to publish her own. Hailing from the Great Lakes State of Michigan, A.M. McGilvray is happily married to her own soulmate as well as being the proud mother of two adult daughters.
