    Sleep paralysis is a state during waking up or falling asleep in which a person is aware but unable to move or speak.  When we sleep, we fade from our physical body and our astral body leaves.     My name is Johnny and I'm also known as Johnny Five or J5 for short. I'm 29 years old and I am Creek Native American from Tulsa, Oklahoma. My purpose in life is to teach others by inserting my wisdom and knowledge into literature. I developed the ability to see auras, communicate with spirits, and perform things that may not seem possible. I thought it was only unique to me but as I became older I started trying to teach others and they were also able to learn. It became monotonous to repeat lengthy descriptions over and over again to new people which lead me to writing books instead to pass along the knowledge and wisdom I have obtained. There is a common belief that only certain people have access to abilities similar to the ones I possess.
