About this series
Question: Could it be that the future is really our past, one linked to the other in an inseparable bond, traveling endlessly in circular patterns throughout time and space, repeating itself over and over, each time manifesting itself in a familiar but uniquely distinct manner?
There is an old adage that says throughout life, you can count your true friends on the fingers of one hand. It’s not about who you pretend to be that forms the bond, a boastful show of wealth or good works, but rather who you really are that matters.
In the end, there is only one true friend who willingly gave His life to save yours. Not much was asked in return. It was a gift, given by grace. Past or present, what you do with that gift it is up to you. It just may determine your future…
“Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
George Santayana circa 1905 approx.
“To everything, there is a Season and a Time to every Purpose Under Heaven…” Ecclesiastes 3:1 KJV
Preface
An Obelisk unearthed by the Dwarven Army mystically projected a warning, revealed in a drifting vapor from within its solid granite walls. It was a warning originally carved in stone, written by the ancients in Sumerian text long before the time of the Troll Wars.
An old Monk received a visit in the form of a heaven sent apparition. A glimmering image of a close friend, a spirit long passed, sent to convey a similar warning. Both carried the same message…
Beware the Head of the Serpent!
The Sword of Leahanna had become detached, no longer linked to the Pearl or any one person, sent to rest deep within the waters of Lake A’Lithander in the heart of the Elfin forest of I’Thillianne. For the Sword, it would be a time of healing. A new Pearl would be cultivated and nurtured. Its power soon to return.
The diabolical plans of the Devil and his army of Demonic Monsters had been foiled and put asunder due to the combined efforts of the Roluk Hordes, Elfin Forces, three Wizards, the Sword of Leahanna and of course, by the very Hand of the Lord Himself.
The Evil One had been sealed within the portal of the second heaven. The door had been slammed shut for a Time, Times and Half-a-Time. Only the Head of the Serpent remained.
The driving force of Evil was now in chains. All seemed to be good… But Not So Fast!
The seed of perdition had already been cast, set in place by a long dead Evil Wizard. Little-by-little it began to grow in power; taking the form of a vile and evil creature that came to be known as the Beast. Slowly this beast tightened its grip upon the inhabitants of the Realm, starting with Westshire and the lesser known provinces. Population control through debt and coercion would entice those unaware to do its bidding.
None ensnared by its cruel monetary policies could buy, sell or prosper without its mark or the number of its name. In turn, it would use its ill-gotten gains to finance the ongoing war between good and evil. The Head of the Serpent began to take control. For it was said, Who is likened onto the Beast… Who will worship the number of his name?
In Norsada to the North, Thargor was back in power with a new mission, signing a non-aggression pact and combining forces with Gog and the Trolls. Meanwhile, the Muzoule militia had been pouring in the Southern borders near the Hill Country, bankrolled by an evil cabal of a New World Order aligned with power-hungry criminal elements and hidden spies. Their aim was to over-run the territories of the Realm and enslave its inhabitants, setting-up its Throne of Evil near the Temple of I’Thillianne. If successful, the Dark Tower would once again become the new beacon of power.
It would be up to the Allied powers to put an end to it. As a unified force, they would employ new weapons and new assault tactics; neither Kholta-Kahn, K’Leander, Jorax nor King Hagar and Queen Czarkov would make it easy for them.

There was a time. A time long before the Troll-Wars and the days of Noah. A time long forgotten and lost to recorded history, where kings, men, Elves, Dwarves and El’dwars ruled in harmony in their separate nation-states. And there were Wizards who used their mystical powers to serve the inhabitants of the realm, building the peace, projecting and overseeing all that was good within the lands of these allied nations. It was a good time. Oh, that’s not to say there weren’t a few minor incidents amongst the usual unsavory types. But isn’t that always the case in any normal society? Or is it? To the North lay the lands of Norsada where all was not good. Norsada was home to the Muzoule, despicable creatures who had a growing hatred for the inhabitants of the Realm. Their loathing for all that was good became a religion to them, and they rallied the defeated Trolls and Gnomes to war against the believers of the Lord of Creation. Since their defeat and loss of territories at the end of the Troll-Wars, their evil was ever growing. It was a vile festering malevolent influence that slowly began sweeping its way South to the Realm, insidiously infecting the weak of mind, the faint of heart and those who lust for power. The source of this evil emanated from the glowing Eye. The Eye of Illumination that sat in place of the capstone upon a pyramid in the midst of Northern most area of the Muzoule territories. The glowing eye was a source connection to a greater evil sealed within the portal of the Second Heaven. It was a dimensional prison reserved for the devil, the so called Shinning-One, along with his fallen angles. For them, there was no way out. No way to rule. No way to control and torture, until the Sword of Leahanna. The Sword by itself was a killing machine, created by the Elfin Warrior Leahanna. The Sword as created was not controllable. However in the past, it was a most effective tool paramount to winning the Troll-Wars. But, it was indiscriminate of who it killed when held high as it took control of its wielder. The Elfin Queen Leahanna employed the Sword in battle; and in doing so, it unintentionally and without discretion murdered her late husband K’Thilladorn. From that point on, Queen Leahanna could not bear to look upon the murderous weapon. To bring the Sword under control, the Elfin Priestess Lynthena nurtured from a small speck a Pearl within the crystalline waters of I’Thilliander. When inserted within the pommel of the Sword, it brought this killing machine under usable control and was tested in battle by Commander K’Leander. It worked. Still, the Queen could not tolerate its presence within the Elfin forest of I’Thillianne. She ordered that both the Pearl and the Sword be separated and hidden in separate locations, never to be used again. However, there was another unexpected component to the Pearl and Sword’s functionality. When reunited, the Pearl with the Sword became a Key. As prophesied by the dying King K’Thilladorn, beware during the time of a full Blood-Moon. If the blade of this Sword, now the key were to be inserted into the slot of the fractured lock at the top of the Evil-One’s Ziggurat, hell would break loose. An open floodgate to evil would be unleashed. The porthole to another dimension, the second heaven reserved for the devil and his angles would be free to come crawling out to infect all living things. Evil would once again rein supreme over the land. Torture and agony would be the rule-of-day. The Illuminated One will have won. This is the story of how good God fearing men, women and the inhabitants of their era prevailed and overcame corruption and wickedness. It is a story of impaling evil and keeping it from ever becoming the worst disaster in unrecorded history. The Wizards of the High Tower would see to it!
- EYE for an EYE: The Pearl & The Sword Book-Two
2
An Ancient Scroll reveals the cryptic and apocalyptic words articulated by Queen Leahanna’s late husband K’Thilladorn as seen in a vision moments before his untimely death. His words contain an ominous ring. A prophetical warning predicting future events. For it is the time of the full Blood Moon. It would be a time long anticipated by Evil. A time when a Key would unlock the pathway to wickedness, torture, demon possession and destruction. Upon a pyramid sat the gateway, an Illuminated Eye beaming brighter as the coveted Key, the Sword of Leahanna, approached. All-the-while from within the portal of the Eye-Gate, an evil influence is being felt, an emerging New World Order set in place by Kalamon. It would further embolden the Muzoule, Gnomes and Trolls to ratchet-up their attack upon the Realm and make way for the Shinning One, the purveyor of Evil. However, all was not lost. Hope lay deep within the Elfin forest of I’Thillianne. Queen Leahanna and the Wizards of the High-Tower had activated the Tablet of Destinies that lay within the Ark alongside the revived Holy Book of Promise, sending a Heavenly light, a celestial signal for the Roluks to attack, turning their arrows Northward. And so it begins. The temporal and spiritual battle for control of the hearts and minds of good men, women and all the inhabitants of the Realm, culminating in a lethal confrontation of evil, orchestrated by malignant powers beyond the portal, deep within the confines of the Second Heaven. It will be Total War or Total Defeat!
