Z Walkers Series

The first episode of the Z Walkers series!  Collin thought this would be an in and out operation: break in to a poorly locked house while the family is on vacation, then slip out with their cash and jewelry. It should take him a few hours, tops, and he can't wait to take out the girl who caught his eye in style with his new score.  Little does he know that getting in will be a whole hell of a lot easier than getting out.  Midway through his heist, the screaming starts. A quick look out the window confirms it: zombies have hit idyllic suburbia. Years of playing post-apocalyptic video games should have prepared him for this, but nothing could have ever taught him how to react when the cannibalistic hordes descend.  Barricaded inside, he faces two options: starve in the house he tried to rob, or make a run for it on streets crawling with zombies.  Can he make it to safety before it's too late? Or will he end up just like the other zombies beginning to fill the streets only one thing on their mind...  NOTE: This is the first episode of Z Walkers, a serial novel. There will be cliffhangers, and Zombies, from one installment to the next. Read at your own risk...or delight.

Episode 2 of the Z Walkers series!  It started off a day like any other, as these kinds of days always do. Sara, personal trainer, almost makes it to lunch before chaos strikes her upscale gym. Instead of meeting with an afternoon client, she finds herself face-to-face with what she can only describe as rabid cannibals. The whole first floor of the building quickly becomes a bloodbath, and she hides away in her office, hoping this is just a bad dream.  Unfortunately, it's anything but. When silence descends, Sara realizes she's not only trapped in a building with flesh-hungry people, but her one shot at escape, the nearby parking lot, is crawling with them too.  The only upside is that she doesn't have to tackle it alone. Fellow trainer Gary emerges from his hiding place in her moment of despair, and together they try to attain a human's three most basic needs: food, water, and shelter.  But she could have never predicted finding what she'd always taken for granted to be so difficult--or deadly.  Will she make it out alive? Or will she become a meal for whatever’s out there…?

Episode 3 of the Z Walkers series!  If Hank could choose anywhere in the world to be on a weekday night, it definitely wouldn't be at the high school where he'd worked as a janitor for the last eight years. Like he actually wanted to scrub toilets and polish floors when he could have been at home with the love of his life and their mutt.  Unfortunately, that night would quickly dissolve into a night unlike any other. Midway through a late-night phone call with his wife, Hank hears what he believes to be students breaking windows. Disgruntled pupils damaging property is nothing new to him--but coming face-to-face with men covered in blood and hungry for his flesh is something he's never experienced before.  When he realizes the whole city has been hit by these terrifying people, he does what he can to get his wife out while trapped in the school. Little does he know, it's worse out there for her than it is in there for him, and what was supposed to be a pretty routine evening of cleaning turns into something so much more.  Meanwhile, a teenage thief and a personal trainer struggle for cover, pursued by infected freaks through the city. In the distance, a school becomes a beacon for safety--if only they can avoid the herd of cannibals out front.

With the infected crawling out of every crevice, they need to get to safety--now.  Each wants a different direction: Hank still waits for his lady love to arrive so that they can head north, while Sara wants to get on a boat and get out onto the open waters. Collin...well, Collin just wants to be the aloof dangerous guy in a zombie apocalypse.  Little do they know, that each of their best-laid plans is going to hit a rocky detour, and there's no telling just who will get out of everything alive.  Will any of them?
