“Hilton is a sparkling new crime fiction talent.” —Peter James, author of Looking Good Dead “Lee Child’s Jack Reacher could have some worthy competition.” —Booklist Following the success of his explosive debut thriller Dead Men’s Dust (“A dose of pure rocket fuel,” —Christopher Reich), author Matt Hilton delivers BIG once again with Judgment & Wrath. Ex-military operative-turned-problem solver for hire Joe Hunter is back—and this time he finds himself the prey of a relentless manhunter and targeted for death after rescuing a young couple from the ruthless assassin. Hilton’s Judgment & Wrath starts fast and keeps accelerating—and fans of Lee Child, Robert Crais, and Michael Connelly will discover they’ve got a new author and a new hero to eagerly follow into the dangerous shadows.
- Slash and Burn

“Matt Hilton delivers a thrill a minute. Awesome!” —Chris Ryan, author of Who Dares Win “Lee Child’s Jack Reacher could have some worthy competition.” —Booklist Fans of Lee Child, Jeffery Deaver, Robert Crais, John Sandford, and Michael Connelly have a new hero to root for: author Matt Hilton’s former military Special Forces operative-turned-problem solver, Joe Hunter. Slash and Burn is the third electrifying thriller in the Hunter series, as the emotional stakes are raised to the limit when he and his new lady love set out to find her missing sister and run head-first into a maniacal Texas millionaire sadist with shady allegiances, a serious bloodlust, and his own private army. Like Dead Men’s Dust and Judgment and Wrath, Hilton’s previous Joe Hunter page-turners, Slash and Burn provides action to the nth degree, and powerfully supports the contention of California’s Contra Costa Times that, “Hunter is one of the most exciting new tough guys to come along in years.”
- Cut and Run

“Hunter is one of the most exciting new tough guys to come along in years.” —Contra Costa Times When speaking about author Matt Hilton’s former Special Forces operative hero Joe Hunter, Booklist says, “Lee Child’s Jack Reacher could have some worthy competition.” And not only Child’s readers, but dedicated fans of Jeffery Deaver, Robert Crais, John Sandford, Andrew Vachss, and Michael Connelly are going to love Hunter and his ways. Cut and Run is the fourth electrifying thriller to feature Hilton’s tough as nails “problem solver,” as an assassin with Hunter’s face launches a terrifying murder spree intended to frame his adversary—forcing Hunter to run from the pursuing law and his vengeful adversary alike, with no one to turn to for help and nowhere to hide. Cut and Run is non-stop excitement and Matt Hilton is well on his way to becoming a major force in thriller fiction.
