          Shortly before midnight, the dead body of the county DA is found at the end of a fishing pier. Corpus Christi Police Detective, Jesse Ramos is called in to do the investigation. There were no witnesses to the murder.

          As Jesse starts his investigation, he quickly realizes he is up against powerful outside forces that orchestrated the murder. Being a street-smart Corpus cop, he is no match for the faceless power brokers at play; still he is determined to unravel the killing. He has no hesitancy doing whatever is necessary to nail criminals, within or outside the laws that constrain him.

           He has performed a number of justified sanctions—off the books. He is a silent vigilante, doing what he can to bring justice to the unjust who flaunt the legal system and go unpunished.

           When first one and then another potential key witness is assassinated, the DA's murder takes on a much darker tone and potentially lethal to Jesse.

        Written in the sparse, minimalist style of Robert B. Parker, T-Head Dead is a fast-paced police mystery that pits Jesse Ramos against shadow professionals hell-bent on blocking his efforts to unravel the truth behind the killings. Will he be the last dead body?

    G.R. Williamson lives in Kerrville, Texas, with his wife and trusty chihuahua Shooter. He spent his early years living in Crystal City, Texas, which is located twenty miles west of King Fisher's ranch in Dimmitt County. As a Boy Scout, he hunted for arrowheads on the land that once belonged to King Fisher, and he fished in the alligator waters of Espantosa Lake. He has written many articles on Texas historical figures and events in Texas history. In addition, he has penned several western film screenplays that make their way to California from time to time. Currently he is at work on two nonfiction books-one on the last old-time Texas bank and train robber and the other on frontier gambling.
