- Press'd To The Wall

In this, the 3rd of The Preston Andrews Mysteries, Press thinks everything in his little world is exactly what it should be. He and Rachel are a couple--their future is looking bright. Then Press gets the phone call no man wants to get. Rachel is missing! In Seattle, a madman has been killing women for approximately a year. SPD's Chief Maddox is desperate to keep his city safe, so he calls in the FBI. That, of course, means Probst--the Bureau's Director and Press's worst nightmare--is involved. Press's whole world is upside down. The Virginia team (Press, Trace, Palmer) is joined and supported by Press's dad, U.S. Senator William Andrews. They head to Seattle to go hunting--for Rachel and for a serial killer.
- Hard Press'd
1
2ND EDITION AVAILABLE HERE AS OF 07/30/2012 Preston Andrews, Senior Homicide Detective for the Virginia Beach Police Department, is tall, dark and handsome--and wealthy beyond belief. The son of U.S. Senator William Andrews and his lovely wife, Rosemary, lives in the mansion he'd bought from his parents a few years ago. He'd grown up in the Virginia Beach "summer home" of his parents and loves it more than anyplace he's ever been. Along with the house came the skinny, prim and proper Lizzie, their housekeeper for the last 30 years of his life--and second mother to the two children of the Andrews family. The third part of the acquisition was ex-Marine, Special Ops, ex-bodyguard to the family and long-time friend, Palmer. Now days Palmer spends his time acting as butler, driver and dog sitter for the 180 pound Mastiff--and God alone knew what other huge species--named Jones. Jones had just failed his 4th attempt at obedience training. He wasn't a threat to anyone--at least those who knew him recognized this. But, there were the pesky habits of greeting people at the door by putting his catcher mitt sized paws on their shoulders and slurping their faces with a tongue the size of a hand towel, said linen commonly requested afterwards. Press, as his friends call him, also has a sister--his "baby" sister, as he insists of thinking of her. She is upset with him when we meet her. He deserves it and he knows it. She is currently punishing him for his last act of brotherly love, which caused her some embarrassment in front of her peers. When we meet Preston, his personal life--a mess, his professional life--with several definite challenges at present, and murder collide.
- Press'd Into Action

With next to nothing to go on, the Senior Homicide Detective for the Virginia Beach Police Department is brought in to save the day--and save the Bureau's reputation while he's at it. This one is action packed--whether on the trail of the killer or back at home where Press and Rachel get a few surprises of their own. Find a comfortable spot and enjoy this one!
- Press On
4
Press has now thoroughly offended everyone around him. His woman is gone, his heart is broken, and he's just simply in a pissy mood! Lieutenant Wallace is watching Press implode and take his entire Virginia Beach PD Homicide Squad down with him. He's had enough, and he puts Press on a paid leave until he gets his act together and gets the "back to work" approval from the department shrink! The next thing you know, Press and Jones are packed and on their way to Maine. God help any perp that gets in his way!
- Press 'n SEAL
6
Admiral Poindexter has a serious problem and only his friend's son can help. If the wrong people discover that he has asked for help, someone he loved would die—quickly, horribly. Snuffed out like a candle. Press, Rachel and Trace do what they can. It soon becomes obvious to Press that he's going to need the help of his own best friend since childhood—Lieutenant Commander James Harticutt, Navy SEAL Team 6. None of them could know then that a matter of weeks would have made a disastrous difference in the outcome of their search for an undercover CIA agent somewhere in the Middle East.
- Pressing Engagement
5
Press has a very important appointment he absolutely must make, but we won't give that away here. Wouldn't you know some whacko would start leaving dead bodies on his beach? Three Jane Does with absolutely nothing in common, except they're all dead. Enter a young soldier to report a missing friend. Can Press talk PFC Samantha Hartley into letting him solve the case, or will she put her pretty nose in where it doesn't belong? How can Press put all the pieces together, keep a well-meaning friend from getting hurt, solve three murders, and get ready for his Pressing Engagement?
- Trace Evidence
9
Trace is in a real pickle this time! Press has to work this one without his partner. There's been a murder entirely too close for comfort, and the whole Virginia team has to come together to prove Trace's innocence. Trace is "banished" to the Andrews mansion, where he is becoming Jones's new best friend. Poor Trace! As for the case, let's just say that unrequited love can be a real killer!
- A Pressing Issue of Murder
8
A young hospital administrator is found dead only three months after the suicide of his predecessor. Press and the Virginia team come together with Detective Ross Graham of the Norfolk PD to resolve an issue of murder. Then Press's favorite coroner comes unglued when a small child dies unnecessarily. How these and more all come together is a very pressing issue of murder!
- Pressing The Message Home
7
It is spring of 2012. A brilliant, young law student is found dead in Virginia Beach and Press is not happy. Murder in his town always makes him unhappy. He'd much rather he was put out of business. This case becomes very convoluted. One murder after another has led to today. But, there is great danger in this for Press and the other cops involved. This isn't just any young man. No, his father is the lawyer for no less than four mob families. Unusual, to say the least! Dangerous, without a doubt!
- A Pressing Reunion
11
The Virginia Team is contacted by a young woman with whom Press has had dealings in the past. Little does Press know that he is about to have to work toe-to-toe with his old nemesis, FBI Director Malcolm Probst. Rachel is forced to deal with a wound from her past that she fooled herself into thinking had healed. With all their lives in danger and two possible sources of the threat, can Press and Probst work together as a team? Or will DC fall under a vicious and deadly attack?
- Press'd To Kill
10
With just weeks before the biggest event of his life, everything goes wrong. In the midst of their celebration comes a terrible death, and that's just the beginning. Preston takes a life--now we have to figure out why. Press has faced tragedy before. He nearly lost his life on a flawed plan of FBI Director Probst's a few years ago; he nearly lost Rachel; Trace was in jeopardy, but this time he could lose everything. Only the harsh, deadly truth can save him!
