The Coursey Graves 40-acre estate is surrounded by the rugged terrain of Bennett Mountain with southwestern exposure and a volcanic soil composition of red clay, basalt boulders, and shattered rock. Even after two dozen harvests, Cabell recognizes how each one still shapes him as a vintner and winemaker.
