Episode 9 Rise of Skywalker will bring us the final conclusion to Rey and Kylo's arc, as well as Palpatine's as we now know (hoping Anakin's too). With Episode 9, we'll get many new characters, two of which I think will be in the film. My theory is that we'll see these two play an important role somewhere in the film with the main characters.
