Plus, the ICC may issue a warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu and other top officials over their response to the Hamas attack on Oct 7th.

In other strange news, Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota wrote in her memoirs the story of her shooting one of her family hunting dogs 20 years ago.
