Mike Mulligan and David Haugh were joined by Sportscorp CEO Marc Ganis to discuss the Bears' proposal to build a new state-of-the-art publicly owned stadium along the lakefront. The project is estimated to cost $4.7 billion, about half of which would need to be footed by taxpayers.
