Thirteen years ago, the Villainous Army of Evil was defeated by the Divine Dragon Keepers, using their Divine Tools, however the evil army manage to hold onto their fortress and now launch a single counterattack ever week on Sunday afternoon. It turns out that the super sentai have grown violent and greedy from their fame and power, and the evil army is forced to attack to keep up appearance.
