He needed his case value to be less than the offer he accepted. He brought over 4 million dollars to the grand total prize for the remaining contestants.

Also what does he think of Jordan playing both sides and who would he have voted off if he won the game? Nick also chats wedding planning since that was mentioned on the show, that he would've used the money for that.
