Description

In 1953, the town of Springfield, Missouri, was terrorized by the mysterious appearance of twelve Indian cobras 8,000 miles from their native home. Though all signs point to a local pet shop owner, the case remains unsolved, decades later. Follow along as townsfolk navigate how to deal with a problem so foreign that they employ some unorthodox solutions. Clay Newcomb explains how this event leaves some lasting (bite) marks on the identity of "The Queen City of the Ozarks."  Interviews with Fred Lally, Kyle Jeffries, John Stellars, & Kevin Jansen.
