Every day we wake up the news is full of negativity. It's hard not to get a little depressed. In this episode we will be talking about Covid, Governor Cuomo and some frightening corruption we are finding out about under the Trump Administration. We need to talk about these things. We need to act on these things. But we also need to keep perspective on what should be our priority for our own mental health.
