Description

The Houston Cougars finished the season in the Sweet 16 at 32-5 after a heartbreaking loss to Duke. Houston started fast and Duke had a "deer in the headlights" look to them while the refs let the teams play. But a devastating game-ending ankle injury to Jamal Shead at the 6:50 mark of the first half (when UH led 16-10) proved pivotal, allowing Duke to eek out a 54-51 win, ending Houston’s season.

So we'll begin this final in-season episode summarizing the Duke game and the impact of Shead’s injury. We will forecast how the team looks heading into next season and what we should look for in the transfer portal. We end the show with a brief forecast of how we believe the Final Four will play out.
