The mother of a Stillwater teenager fatally stabbed while tubing on the Apple River testified Monday at the trial of the man charged with killing him. And attorneys for the state trooper charged in the shooting death of a motorist last summer are asking the judge to dismiss the charges against him. Ryan Londregan is charged with murder, manslaughter and assault.
