The subject of our review this week is Kenneth Branagh’s semi-autobiographical feature, Belfast. Set in the Northern Ireland town of Belfast in the 1960s, Belfast is a story of youth, family, community, and conflict. This picture has earned many nominations and awards during the current awards cycle and, in this episode, we give a full review and discuss its potential as an Oscars Best Picture candidate.
