We've received many listener requests for an episode of pure pink noise with no music. To make it better for sleep, we reduced and smoothed out some of the higher frequencies that could be too distracting or irritating. We hope you enjoy our improved version of the classic pink noise. The constant hum of pink noise is great for blocking sounds and distracting noises that prevent you from getting to sleep and staying asleep. It is also very effective at covering up tinnitus and can help ease the symptoms of ADHD to help you focus on your work or studying.
