Mark has more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and corporate adviser in New York, London and Sydney. He co-founded leading Australian boutique corporate advisory, venture capital and private equity firm Carnegie, Wylie & Co with John Wylie in 2000. In August 2007, Carnegie Wylie was acquired by leading Wall Street bank Lazard Inc. Mark then went on to found M.H. Carnegie & Co, managing more than $900 million on behalf of institutional, wholesale and high net worth clients. As a corporate adviser, Mark has advised Qantas and Coles Myer on general strategic matters, Westfield on its $22 billion merger and Qantas on its JetStarAsia start-up in Singapore.Mark holds a BA from Oxford University and a BSc (Hons) from Melbourne University.
