Kathy Finley is a lifelong animal lover. She spent her professional life working in the nonprofit sector. Now retired, she spends her time writing and advocating for animals. She writes for several blogs (including her own on her website -kathyfinley.com) and has recently published a book which has won several awards including three from the International Firebird Award. The book was also a Finalist in the Feathered Quill Awards. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two cats.
