According to Ghislaine Maxwell's brother Ian, she is upbeat and ready to go when it comes to her appeal hearing that is scheduled to take place next Tuesday. He says that she has been preparing for the hearing by digging into case files and relaxing by taking part in the half marathons that the facility sponsors for the inmates. Her lawyer, Arthur Aidala said that the two major points of her appeal rest on the testimony given by Juror 50 aka Scotty David and the fact that he allegedly lied during the questioning session with the lawyers and the second point of attack will be the non prosecution agreement that supposedly shielded Maxwell from any sort of legal ramifications down the line.
