Welcome back to another episode of #GetSome!   This week I had plans to talk about other things, but let's be real I'm talking about the Montgomery brawl that happened over the weekend. I'm working too proactive about my health and not reactive. I talk about how Lizzo is currently under fire because of her dancers and some pending allegations. With all this negativity around I do share a pretty epic story of The Rock taking care of a UFC fighter so there's that.
