Description

In a stunning development, the Supreme Court not only decides to take up on appeal Donald Trump's absurd, baseless presidential immunity claim, but they won't even hear oral arguments in the case for nearly two months. And it could take them weeks or months thereafter to decide the case, making it unlikely that Trump's trial for trying to overturn the results of the last presidential election will take place before the next presidential election. So the Supreme Court has made it clear that they will not allow the rule of law to assist in saving American democracy. Of course, the rule of law did not save American democracy in 2020 when Trump tried to steal the election. It was the American voters that saved democracy. And it will be up to the voters to save democracy again come November 2024.If you're interested in supporting our all-volunteer efforts, you can become a Team Justice patron at: / glennkirschner  If you'd like to support us and buy Team Justice and Justice Matters merchandise visit:https://shop.spreadshirt.com/glennkir...Check out Glenn's website at https://glennkirschner.com/Follow Glenn on:Threads: https://www.threads.net/glennkirschner2Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/glennkirschner2Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/glennkirschner2Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/glennkirsch...See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
