The man accused of killer Audrii Cunningham, 11, has his first court appearance in the nude. Don Steven McDougal is naked when officer go to his cell to take him before the Justice of the Peace. When told to put on clothes McDougal tells the police he doesn't have any.  He's told to cover up with a blanket. As he's standing in front of the judge, McDougal drops the blanket.
