It’s just the fourth game of the season, but the Nets are dealing with injuries in a major way. Spencer Dinwiddie left Monday’s game and is now doubtful for Wednesday’s game against Miami. Plus Dennis Smith Jr. is also doubtful as well with a hip issue.
