It was a busy weekend for Darvin Ham as he fills out his coaching staff. Multiple reports say the Lakers will hire Chris Jent, a longtime assistant who has worked both with Ham in Atlanta and LeBron James in Cleveland, for a lead assistant position. What does he bring? Meanwhile Quinton Crawford, a very well regarded young coach who Ham had hoped to keep from Frank Vogel's staff, will be joining Jason Kidd in Dallas. As for more names... how about Rasheed Wallace?
