The Carolina Panthers have made several necessary coaching and on-field personnel changes this offseason as they continue the third and final phase of OTAs. There's no question that third-year head coach Matt Rhule needs to win big in 2022 if he's going to return to Carolina for a fourth season. It was vital for Rhule to revamp his staff this offseason. One of those additions was offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo. McAdoo was successful as an OC with the Giants before falling flat as a head coach in New York.
