TCU Horned Frogs quarterback Max Duggan has declared for the 2023 NFL Draft and the New Orleans Saints will likely be in the market for a draft passer. So would Duggan be a good fit for Dennis Allen and the Saints? His character is elite as are his will and grit, but some core concerns could raise red flags when it comes to translating his game to the NFL. But the Saints’ offensive system, even with changes expected in 2023, could put him in a good environment to thrive if given time to develop. Perhaps Duggan won’t be ready to start immediately like a Bryce Young, Will Levis, or C.J.
