The Chargers are hiring Greg Roman to be their Offensive Coordinator which brings some concern with his failures and run heavy offenses of the past. A dynamic passing attack would be great, but with Jim Harbaugh you have to trust his vision and realize the addition of Roman should tremendously improve the Chargers rushing attack and offensive line. Harbaugh wants to be a team that's strong in the trenches and to build a balanced team around Justin Herbert.
