The Chargers got major contributions from many of their rookies in 2022, and some of their selections look like absolute steals. Dan and David re-grade every pick from last year's draft class with Zion Johnson and Jamaree Salyer still looking great in retrospect. Salyer and fellow Day 3 pick Ja'Sir Taylor were both playing meaningful by the end of the season and look like insane value. The hardest players to re-grade after year one were Isaiah Spiller and JT Woods with such a small sample size. It would be very difficult to give them great grades after underwhelming results, but it's too soon to say if they can make a leap in year 2. Both of the Chargers 7th round picks from last year Deane Leonard and Zander Horvath even found ways to make contributions, but it's unclear what their role will be in 2023.
