Playmaking tight end Donald Parham Jr. signed his tender with the Los Angeles Chargers and reportedly, competing for the starting job. The presumed starter Gerald Everett may be on the verge of a breakout season with superstar quarterback Justin Herbert. It was also announced that Parham is fully healthy and although he may not start, should be inline for a larger role on the offense.
