This week on the podcast we have taken a look at who are wild cards for the Jets and players who are safe bets to produce.Today we look at players who have something to prove. It is technically true that every player on the roster has something to prove this season. Many of the players are long-shots to even make the roster. Those players are simply trying to prove they deserve a spot in the NFL.I tried to avoid cases like that and focus on players who will likely make the roster and could plausibly contribute to the team if things go right. The five players I name have different things to prove. In a way, all have either their future with the Jets hanging in the balance this year, their career hanging in the balance this year, or both.They are Lorenzo Mauldin, Ardarius Stewart, Brian Winters, Darron Lee, and Teddy Bridgewater.
