Robert Bateman is a renowned Canadian artist, naturalist, and environmentalist. He is particularly well-known for his realistic depictions of wildlife and nature, often rendered in exquisite detail. Bateman's work has been widely exhibited and published, making him one of Canada's most celebrated artists. He's arguably the biggest name in wildlife art... EVER. On a personal note, this interview was HUGE for me. I'm talking to one of my childhood heroes. I never thought I'd get this chance, so please excuse a few nerves along the way!
