Description

Show Notes
All aboard the SAG Cartoon Express! In our new monthly segment, Dan and Kris will watch a different random video game-related cartoon and discuss it on the show. For the inaugural episode, they sat down to view the abysmal pilot episode for the failed Bubsy cartoon. How bad was it? Let’s find out!
At the top of the show, Dan and Kris caught up on life after their 500th episode, and the sheer insanity that Dan’s life has become with all the dogs that currently reside in his house. Kris actually got to play some games though, including more Vampire Survivors story mode, messing with the terrible CD-i controller releasing alongside Arzette, and more MSX Metal Gear 2, which has way more in common with Metal Gear Solid than it should.
In Week Old News, Microsoft’s recent run of layoffs brings their Activision acquisition into question, Atari takes a shot at game show supremacy, Sega’s Sonic sales slump, and more!
