Brad Marchand's 1000th game wasn't a complete success, but it was a big improvement over the Boston Bruins previous performance.
The Bruins outplayed the Tampa Bay Lightning and erased a 2-0 lead thanks to a couple of primary assists from the Captain. Andrei Vasilevskiy made a huge stop on Marchand in OT and earned his etam an extra point in the shootout.
Marchand reflected on the milestone, and says he's nowhere near finished because he's still got some goals to accomplish.
