The deal for Ottawa to provide $3.1 billion in additional funding for health care in Ontario has been in the works for a year; Toronto Pearson airport reported temperatures as high as 15 C, smashing a daily temperature record set 86 years ago in 1938; and, Toronto says they have seen improvements in traffic along King St. after installing traffic agents at six intersections in December.
