GUEST 1 OVERVIEW: David Thunder is a researcher and lecturer at the University of Navarra's Institute for Culture and Society in Spain. He is a recipient of the Ramón y Cajal research grant (2017-2021, extended to 2023) from the Spanish government. Thunder has held research and teaching roles in the U.S., including at Bucknell, Villanova, and Princeton University. He earned a BA and MA in philosophy from University College Dublin and a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Notre Dame.
