Susannah caught up with Tori Penso at the National Coaches Convention to talk about what an off-season for a referee looks like versus a player, being the first American to officiate a World Cup Final, her next goals as a referee, and what it's like to be a female in a male dominated arena. Then, Christina Unkel is welcomed in to talk about all the advancements for female referees in today's game and what's on the horizon.
