As young children, Yadomi Jinta and his friends were inseparable, but a tragic accident ending in the death of one of their group, Menma, inevitably split the group apart due to grief, self-blame, and changing personalities. Now Menma has appeared before Jinta once more causing our young protagonist to mend broken friendships so that they could help lead Menma to her final resting place.
