Her career began in New York City in the fashion industry where she worked with the likes of Vogue Magazine and Versace.  At home, Lauren is a new mom, wife to retired professional soccer player Danielle Foxhoven Young and certified raw vegan chef at the Matthew Kenney Food Future Institute.
