GUEST OVERVIEW: Dr William Happer is Co-Founder and Chair of the CO2 Coalition and Professor Emeritus in the Department of Physics at Princeton University. He’s a multi-award-winning physicist and has specialised in modern optics, optical and radiofrequency spectroscopy of atoms and molecules, radiation propagation in the atmosphere, and spin‐polarised atoms and nuclei.
