Description
Genesis 7:1-10 & Ephesians 4:3
Your kids will love this one! Noah, his family, and allllll those animals wait for 7 days inside the ark for the rain to begin. Kids will note that lions were with lambs, cats with mice yet somehow, they got along.
We will hear that God is all powerful; taking care of every single detail. Noah didn’t know how it was all going to work but God didn’t say he needed to know. He just needed to have faith to do what he was called to do and God would take care of the rest: including making those animals get along.
We also discuss how we are to "Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace." As christians we won't all look the same, have the same talents and weaknesses and we will disagree at times, but it’s that same love of Jesus, that same goal of following Him that reminds us to work through problems with peace in order to keep working together to help others know Jesus.
