Bill currently covers the Trail Blazers for the Oregonian, he previously covered the Los Angeles Lakers for the past 9 years. Bill and Sean start the show by comparing Gary Payton II effect on the floor to Alex Caruso when he was on the Lakers. (18:06-35:45) As Shaedon Sharpe confines to develop, Bill and Sean go into detail about Shaedon’s role on the team. What it means for Shaedon to have this role on the Trail Blazers team that is trying to win. They compare how differently his role would be on a team that is currently not trying to win. Sean then asks Bill about what it was like covering the Lakers when LeBron first came in 2019 and how it was handled. Bill and Sean then go into a relationship between star players and management. 

(25:46-End) Sean and Bill continue their conversation about LeBron James and ask the question, “Where will LeBron end his career?” They talk about which teams would make a hard push for him even if he is past his prime. The guys go into what brought LeBron to LA and what would keep him there. Sean asks Bill if he misses any part of covering Los Angeles and Bill reflects on his time there. To finish out the show, Bill and Sean go into the recent documentaries of the Los Angeles Lakers and how it was shown.
