Craig Breslow and Tom Werner both had some awful quotes released today. Breslow implied that ownership may not spend any more this offseason and instead put the focus on the organization's minor league prospects. Werner walked back his infamous "full throttle" quote and expressed just how frustrated he is that the team isn't winning more.
