Colin reacts to the Bucs beatdown of the Eagles and the Bills knocking out the Steelers!
He thinks Nick Sirianni should be shown the door after the Eagles became progressively worse as the season went on (3:00). He gives kudos to Baker Mayfield and thinks Baker finally found  the right fit with Tampa (8:15). He also makes his picks for the divisional round of the NFL playoffs (13:00).
John Middlekauff, host of “3 and Out” stops by to break down the Bills dominant performance and they both agree this is the most dangerous version of the Bills now that the offense has found some balance (18:15). 
They agree that Mike Tomlin would be best served by a change of scenery and think he’d be the perfect fit for the Cowboys (28:30). They also point to Jordan Love’s incredible improvement in the second half of the season as evidence that the Bears should move on from Justin Fields after three years of marginal improvement (39:00).
They debate whether all teams should be drafting a quarterback every year (43:00), and predict the Rams will run it back with Stafford for one more year (45:30).
