Mike talks about how Jim Harbaugh is one of the best coaches in college football and he will get out of the game before the NCAA tries to take him down. Mike thinks the most likely landing spot for Jim Harbaugh will be the Chargers because he wants to take over a team that already has a great QB. Bo asks Mike if the Saints will keep Dennis Allen for one more year and Mike thinks that if he was gone he would be gone by now. Mike thinks the biggest changes will be made with the offensive coordinator and the offensive line coaches. Some rumors are circulating around John Gruden joining the organization as the offensive coordinator and both Bo and Mike agree that he is over rated. Bo asks Mike if Saints head coach Dennis Allen can become a playoff caliber coach and Mike thinks that if he can't do it in a year with the easiest schedule then it will get immensely harder. Mike thinks the best solution for the team is to start getting younger because all of the best players are towards the end of their career. Mike says that the Falcons are actually a lot closer to success than the Saints because they are just a QB away from the playoffs.
