About my guest:
Hilary Fairclough is a dedicated homeopath with over 25 years of experience, driven by her profound understanding of the limitations of conventional medicine through her work in the NHS. Witnessing the suffering of individuals with chronic illnesses due to the side effects of conventional treatments, Hilary sought a system of medicine that prioritized holistic well-being and embraced the profound experience of illness. This led her to discover homeopathy, a discipline that resonated deeply with her personal philosophy. After training at the London College of Classical Homeopathy, Hilary became a registered member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths, where she upholds their Code of Ethics and engages in regular professional supervision. With a background in sociology and nursing, including specializations in community nursing, palliative cancer care, and bereavement counseling, Hilary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She founded and directed The Maun Homeopathy Project, a charity providing free homeopathic outreach clinics for people living with HIV and AIDS in Botswana. Hilary's dedication and achievements in the field of homeopathy have been recognized with the Society of Homeopath's "Outstanding Achievement Award." Currently, she divides her time between treating clients and serving as the Assistant Director of the River School of Homeopathy, where she imparts her experience and passion to shape the future generation of homeopathic practitioners. Hilary practices homeopathy as both a science and an art, utilizing her extensive knowledge and intuition to provide personalized and compassionate care to her clients, creating a safe and nurturing space for healing and growth.
